We present to the "El Consulado" as a different option from typical and international food in La Paz, for the attention of tourists, institutions, embassies, families and groups of friends who want to know a different culinary concept, in our historic house, warm, surrounded by fruit trees and gardens, in the heart of La Paz.

Our difference is given by the peculiarity of having developed a whole new concept of using the best ingredients of Bolivia, mixed with another globally recognized and creating a New Andean Kitchen, organic and appealing.

We also offer different dishes from various parts of the world, for which we have had the privilege of travelling.
